We meet Monday through Friday at 5:00pm Pacific Time and everyone is welcome - whether this is your very first time meditation or you've been practicing for years.

Sit in a chair, on a cushion, on the floor, from your car - wherever feels good to you. There's no "right" way to sit, no complicated technique to learn. Just come as you are.
